Tonight I am joined in studio by regular guest John Meyers, and brand new guy Devon Granmo. We discussed: An Illuminati party; Italian Cinema; took a Simpsons quiz; talked bigoot; and Alexx ruins a Russian literature discussion with fecal-jokes. Enjoy!
Hey guys, it’s me, Alexx! Tonight I had the pleasure of talking yet again to Ray Taylor, from the Inspired Disorder Podcast and Collective. We covered Ray’s intention to be a creative weirdo full time; how following the news makes us sad; and how Weekly World News is desperately missed. Please enjoy!
Hey guys, it’s me, Alexx! Tonight we welcome into the Echo Chamber one Mr. Mike Richeson. We have a rousing conversation that ranges from hunter-gatherer trading, renaissance patronage, art to our current technological crossroads. Also! We cover BJJ, podcasts, and the sovereign nature of self. I truly hope you enjoy the program.
Hey guys, it’s me… Alexx! Tonight I have one the wonderful Shaun McGann(@bleak07) on the show to discuss the intricacies of being a writer; the joys of Ron and Fez; various TV shows; pro wrestling; and True Detective. Also, Alexx tells horribly offensive jokes, then describes explosive penguin shit; Enjoy!
Be welcome my friends, in this most sacred space! Tonight Alexx recounts his guest appearance on The Higherside Chats; responds to @ThomasKayll’s blatant anti-American statements; mentions QI like 48 times; and shames himself with a recitation of high school poetry. Enjoy!
Hey, it’s me, Alexx, from the future! And I’ve returned to tell you that tonight’s show is boffo! Take a moment to listen to friends of the show call in with questions, and revel a new Alexxcast musical number. It’s a winner! Well, the musical number isn’t a winner…. it’s pretty embarrassing actually. Too bad we don’t like editing.

Hi. It’s Alexx. In this episode I answer listener questions from @vegevixen @Jars_of_awesome @thomaskayll and @robotseatvegans. I mention @MattStaggs’ new podcast Staggnation. Discussions include why I live in Portland and how I got here; What would win in a fight between a bear/shark hybrid and an alligator/octopus hybrid; My inappropriate boners; My all-time three dinner guests; And then I completely destroy my persona by barely fighting back open weeping. Enjoy?
Mel painted the first “Tree” back when Periphery was barely more than an outline. Sadly it was lost to time and various apartment moves. All that is left is this grainy and slightly askew picture. But it was a wonderful painting nonetheless.
The first version of “The Tree” from Periphery
This is the painting that became the cover for Periphery.
